MORNING FACE ROUTINE




We all are aware of the importance of nighttime skincare, but an effective morning face routine is simply as essential. Night time skincare means to handle skin problems before the regenerative method of sleep begins, but morning face routine concerns about protection and preservation. You can’t build a youthful complexion later on, but you have option to maintain the one that you have now. Here we have brought just few simple steps of morning face routine that can help you to meet your desires.

Step 1. Foam Cleansing


Start by thoroughly cleansing your skin to remove any dirt or oil that may have built-up overnight. Go for a cleanser that purifies without being too harsh on your skin. Always use warm water in the morning for the purpose. Warm water help to open your skin up, increases blood flow, and allows active ingredients

to absorb better. Take a good amount of your regular face wash. Apply it on your wet face. Now gently massage for one minute and rinse with warm water.


Step 2. Scrubbing


This step should not be followed on the daily basis but twice a week is the better. The granules in a scrub helps to remove dead skin cells, oil, dirt, any product build-up that are settled deep into the skin. Now take any scrub according to your skin. Apply it on your wet face and massage for 2-3 minutes and rinse out with cold water.


Step 3. Toning

Toning your face is a crucial step. Toner is the first barrier product you apply. A good toner helps in getting rid of any remaining bits of oil and dirt left behind after cleansing. It will help to shrink the pores and also balances the pH level of skin.
Toners check your skin from producing excess oil. Take a good amount of your regular toner and dab it over your face evenly. After applying, let it be absorbed into your skin.

Step 4. Serum


Serums are highly concentrated solutions that target and solve specific skin problems. Choose a serum depending on your skin type, and it will definitely show results.
Take a few drops of the serum and rub it in between your palms before applying. Rubbing will let the serum absorbed into your skin easily and quickly.
After applying leave it on for 2-3 minutes so that it can absorb into the skin.


Step 5. Moisturization


Apply a thick layer of an anti-aging moisturizer to lift, firm, and energize your skin. After opening up your skin with warm water, it is crucial to infuse moisture as soon as possible to deeply hydrate, protect, and soothe your skin.
Depending on your skin type, either choose a creamy, moisturizing lotion or a water-based gel to nourish and lock the moisture into your skin.
The moisturizer will keep your skin hydrated and prevents from drying throughout the day.
Take a few drops of the moisturizer and smoothly apply it over your face and neck. Massage it into your skin till the moisturizer get absorbed.


Step 6. Sun screen


You need a sunscreen lotion with at least Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Sunscreen protects your skin from sun damage, which otherwise can lead to wrinkles, fine lines, and spots and many more unwanted skin problems. Apply sunscreen and massage it on your skin evenly.


Step 7. Lips balm


This is the step which we always forget and feel careless about it. Lips are equally important to be taking cared. As it not only adds to our beauty but also enhance charm to our smile. So, finish your face routine by applying a lip balm. Try to use a lip balm with SPF.
