HOMEMADE REMEDIES FOR HAIR FALL
1.Aloe Vera
Aloe-Vera has entered
almost in all beauty remedies. Apart from acting as an effective home remedy
for skincare, Aloe-Vera also helps to fight the problem of hair all. Along with
this it also boosts hair growth and improves the health of the scalp. Just
extract the pulp out from the leaves of the plant and apply it directly to the
scalp and the length of hair. Keep it on for about one hour before rinsing it
with cold water. If that seems like a business too messy, then you can do an
alternative.
- Extract the pulp out from the leaves of aloe-vera.
- Boil that pulp in coconut oil or good 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture using a strainer so that the residue of pulp gets separated from the mixture.
- Let the mixture cool down.
- Now apply this mask on the scalp and length of hair.
- Wash hair after an hour.
2. Egg
Eggs have a
huge storehouse of proteins, minerals and B-complex vitamins which are essential for hair nutrients. B-complex hair
nutrient helps to control hair loss and also strengthens the roots of the hair.
The egg whites are loaded with niacin, riboflavin, magnesium, sodium and
potassium. The white part has been recommended for oily hair because it helps
to reduce oil production as well. Mix one egg
white with a teaspoon of Olive Oil and Honey and apply the paste to the roots
as well as hair length. Rinse after 20 minutes with a mild shampoo.
You can do this once a week.
3. Coconut Milk
Coconut milk is rich source of fats, proteins,
and minerals like potassium which are very good for re-growth of hair and also
controls hair fall. Beside this coconut milk also contains Vitamin
E that fight hair damage and deeply condition the hair. Grate coconut and squeeze its milk. Then apply
this milk to your scalp. You can also use a brush to apply this milk on scalp.
Then wrap your scalp with a towel and leave it for half an hour. Then remove
the towel and rinse your hair with cold water and shampoo.
4. Green Tea
Green tea is an excellent agent to boost hair
growth and fight hair fall. Here we have brought an

loss significantly but also help to promote new hair growth. Soak Fenugreek Seeds in water overnight, grind them to form a
paste in next morning, and apply it to your hair and scalp.
7. Beetroot Juice
Beetroot is a rich source of vitamins C and B6,

9. Onion juice
The antibacterial properties of onions help to fight
against infection of scalp, while its sulfur content helps to improve blood circulation
to the hair follicles. It also promotes hair growth and controls hair loss.
1. To extract onion juice, first grind the onion and then squeeze out its juice.
2. Dip the cotton ball in the onion juice and apply it to your scalp.
