HOMEMADE REMEDIES FOR HAIR FALL




Your hair is one of your best features, and the thing that people notice in first eye about you. Sadly, hair loss and thinning are becoming increasingly common in a majority of people out there. Blame it on the genes or the continuous trauma we have been putting our hair through (styling, coloring, and so much more), hair loss is on the rise. How do you treat this problem from the root? Are medications safe, or should you try out natural alternatives? Keep reading to find out.

HOMEMADE REMEDIES FOR HAIR FALL


1.Aloe Vera


Aloe-Vera has entered almost in all beauty remedies. Apart from acting as an effective home remedy for skincare, Aloe-Vera also helps to fight the problem of hair all. Along with this it also boosts hair growth and improves the health of the scalp. Just extract the pulp out from the leaves of the plant and apply it directly to the scalp and the length of hair. Keep it on for about one hour before rinsing it with cold water. If that seems like a business too messy, then you can do an alternative.

  1. Extract the pulp out from the leaves of aloe-vera.
  2. Boil that pulp in coconut oil or good 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture using a strainer so that the residue of pulp gets separated from the mixture.
  4. Let the mixture cool down.
  5. Now apply this mask on the scalp and length of hair.
  6. Wash hair after an hour.


2. Egg


Eggs have a huge storehouse of proteins, minerals and B-complex vitamins which are  essential for hair nutrients. B-complex hair nutrient helps to control hair loss and also strengthens the roots of the hair. 

The egg whites are loaded with niacin, riboflavin, magnesium, sodium and potassium. The white part has been recommended for oily hair because it helps to reduce oil production as well. Mix one egg white with a teaspoon of Olive Oil and Honey and apply the paste to the roots as well as hair length. Rinse after 20 minutes with a mild shampoo.
You can do this once a week.

3. Coconut Milk




Coconut milk is rich source of fats, proteins, and minerals like potassium which are very good for re-growth of hair and also controls hair fall. Beside this coconut milk also contains Vitamin E that fight hair damage and deeply condition the  hair. Grate coconut and squeeze its milk. Then apply this milk to your scalp. You can also use a brush to apply this milk on scalp. Then wrap your scalp with a towel and leave it for half an hour. Then remove the towel and rinse your hair with cold water and shampoo.

4. Green Tea



Green tea is an excellent agent to boost hair growth and fight hair fall. Here we have brought an excellent hair re-growth home treatment with green tea. Boil 2 cups of water and Steep two green tea bags in this hot water and let the water cool down. Then rinse your hair with this mixture by gently massaging at the roots. Use this green tea mixture as an after-shampoo conditioner and then repeat it twice a week.

5. Amla Powder




One of the possible causes of hair loss is deficiency of Vitamin C. Amla is rich source of Vitamin C, it gives strength to the hair follicles, and hence helps to prevent hair fall. Mix1-2 tablespoon of  Amla powder and lemon juice. Make a paste and apply it on your scalp. Avoid the mask from drying by covering your head with a shower cap or towel. And then wash it as usual with cold water.

6. Fenugreek Seeds



The best way to stop hair loss, you too can recreate the magic of Fenugreek at home. Fenugreek possesses hair growth promoting properties. It not only helps to reduce hair loss significantly but also help to promote new hair growth. Soak Fenugreek Seeds in water overnight, grind them to form a paste in next morning, and apply it to your hair and scalp.

7. Beetroot Juice


Beetroot is a rich source of vitamins C and B6, folate, manganese, betaine and potassium and all of which are essential for healthy hair growth. Along with this, it acts as a detoxification agent by keeping  the scalp clean.

1. Boil 7-8 beetroot leaves along with 5-6 henna leaves.
2. Apply this paste on your scalp and leave it for 15-20 minutes before rinsing out with warm water.

8. Yoghurt honey and lemon


1. Mix 2 tablespoons of yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and lemon in a bowl.
2. Apply this paste on the scalp and roots using a dye brush.
3. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
4. Apply this paste once a week.


9. Onion juice


The antibacterial properties of onions help to fight against infection of scalp, while its sulfur content helps to improve blood circulation to the hair follicles. It also promotes hair growth and controls hair loss.



1. To extract onion juice, first grind the onion and then squeeze out its juice.
2. Dip the cotton ball in the onion juice and apply it to your scalp.
3. Leave it on for 30 minutes and then wash it off using normal water and a mild shampoo.
4. Follow this procedure once a week to get the result.

10. Curry leaves


Curry leaves helps to retain the natural pigmentation of your hair while also helps to promote hair growth.


1.    Take a handful of curry leaves and half a cup of coconut oil. Heat both together in a saucepan.
2.    Switch off the flame a soon as the mixture reduces to black residue. Now let the mixture to cool down.
3.    Strain the oil to separate the leaves from the mixture.
4.    Apply this oil to your scalp as well as your hair. Leave it on for about an hour.
5.    Rinse it off with warm water and a mild shampoo.
You may do this once every week to get best results.
